Overview
I’m currently working with a modern, fast-growing lettings agency in Leeds looking to hire a Creative Lettings Negotiator.
This is not a traditional estate agency role. It’s an opportunity for someone to combine property, people and content creation to help let homes faster and build a standout brand.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct property viewings and host open house events
Manage applicant registrations and tenancy applications
Progress lets through to completion and move-in
Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Capture high-quality photo and video content for listings
Create engaging social media content (Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.)
Write compelling property descriptions
Support the growth of the company’s online presence Requirements
Experience with in residential lettings (ideal but not essential)
Confident, personable and professional
Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy pipeline
Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset
Interest in social media, marketing and content creation
Full UK driving licence (preferred)
Desirable
Experience creating content for social media
Comfortable being on camera
Strong eye for presentation, interiors and detail
