Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a LinkedIn Content Lead. The LinkedIn Content Lead will be responsible for developing and executing a robust LinkedIn content strategy aligned with business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating, curating, and managing web content, analyzing engagement metrics, and collaborating with various teams to amplify brand presence. The role also involves driving storytelling initiatives that foster meaningful connections and engagement with our audience on LinkedIn.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Writing skills, with the ability to craft clear and engaging LinkedIn content.
- Experience with Web Content Writing and Content Management tools for creating and publishing high-quality posts.
- Proficiency in Content Strategy and planning to align posts with organizational goals and audience interests.
- An understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, and knowledge of their best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze audience engagement metrics and optimize content accordingly.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to align content with overall brand messaging.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial technology industry is an advantage but not required.
