About us
We are a young, modern Zurich-based bakery with multiple locations. Our focus is on premium New York-style cookies, as well as specialty coffee and matcha. Quality is our top priority—both for our products and our team. We are looking for motivated, service-oriented individuals to join us for our daily shift operations.
Your Responsibilities
- Sales & Service: Active sales of our New York-style cookies and providing expert advice to our customers.
- Barista Craft: Preparing coffee and matcha drinks according to our quality standards.
- Store Maintenance: Ensuring a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace while following all HACCP guidelines.
- Operations: Restocking products, completing preparatory tasks during shifts, and maintaining a professional demeanor with customers.
- Flexibility: Working in a shift-based system, including weekends.
Your Profile
- Communication: Good English skills (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Personality: Outgoing, motivated, and a reliable team player who enjoys customer contact.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license recognized in Switzerland is required.
- Physical Fitness: Good physical condition and stamina, as the role involves lifting and transporting heavy stock.
- Appearance: A well-groomed appearance is mandatory (clean nails, hair tied back during work).
- Uniform: Mandatory wear and maintenance of the company uniform.
- Experience: Experience with portafilter (espresso) machines and basic Latte Art skills.
