Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance/custodial services.
- Current NYS driver license.
Role Description: The Maintenance Floater is a full-time, on-site role based out of out Facilities Department in Mattydale, NY. This position is responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance across multiple PEACE, Inc. facilities throughout the Central New York area, ensuring that building systems, equipment, and grounds are safe, clean, and functional. Day-to-day tasks may include completing minor repairs, responding to maintenance requests, supporting custodial duties, or assisting with troubleshooting carpentry, electrical, and plumbing issues. The Maintenance Floater will also support seasonal tasks, such as snow removal and landscaping. Agency van provided for work travel between sites.
