Job Scope:
We are looking for an experienced Manager – Sales & Partnerships (Travel Trade) to drive revenue and partnerships across travel trade ecosystem in Jeddah. This role focuses on selling to tour operators, travel agents, hotels, wholesalers, DMCs, and is ideal for someone with deep industry experience and strong existing trade relationships.
Based in Jeddah, this is a hands-on commercial role with high visibility and direct impact on growth. Experience or understanding of the airport services and aviation-adjacent ecosystem will be a strong advantage.
Role Overview:
- Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives targeting tour operators, hotels, MICE, travel agents, wholesalers, DMCs, Corporates in Jeddah & certain adjoining markets
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, commercial negotiations, contracting, and onboarding
- Identify new business opportunities within the travel trade ecosystem and convert them into long-term partnerships
- Account Management: Build, manage, and deepen relationships with key travel trade partners, acting as the primary point of contact
- Maintain a strong understanding of the KSA travel trade landscape, competitive dynamics, and emerging trends
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, partner meetings, and networking forums
- Work closely with internal teams including product, marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless partner onboarding and execution
- Achieve assigned revenue targets and support overall commercial growth objectives
Job Requirement:
- 7–10 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships within the travel trade industry.
- Proven experience selling to tour operators, travel agents, hotels, MICE, Corporate wholesalers, DMCs.
- Strong existing network and deep relationships within the Jeddah / KSA travel trade (mandatory).
- Knowledge of Religious travel demand / Hajj and Umrah related travel ecosystem.
- Demonstrated success in closing commercial deals and managing strategic accounts.
- Solid understanding of travel distribution models and trade economics.
- Understanding of airport services, aviation services, or the airport ecosystem is a strong plus.
- Candidate should be already based in Jeddah or KSA and have right to work with the ability to travel locally and regionally as required.
- Fluent in Arabic and English is a must.
