Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Communications Coordinator based in Beirut. The coordinator will be responsible for implementing marketing communication strategies, drafting compelling press releases, managing public relations efforts, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. Additional responsibilities include creating and maintaining marketing materials, collaborating with internal teams, and nurturing relationships with media and external partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing and content creation, ideally within the fashion or luxury sector.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and tools, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Experience with social media advertising, including campaign setup, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) and familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to craft engaging content for various platforms and formats.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design, fashion, and aesthetics.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience with event planning and coordination is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic digital marketing content across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Create and curate engaging and relevant content that aligns with the brand’s voice and goals.
- Collaborate with design teams, photographers, filmmakers, and stylists to conceptualize and execute creative fashion shoots.
- Execute targeted social media ad campaigns to drive lead generation, sales, and revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, providing detailed reports and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and algorithm changes to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, including the creation and distribution of weekly and monthly newsletters.
- Handle copywriting for all brand communications, including social media captions, company profiles, catalogs, emails, and client communication.
- Manage community engagement on social media, moderating comments and direct messages on Facebook and Instagram.
- Promote social media posts to boost engagement and meet KPIs.
- Coordinate the organization and execution of private brand events and exhibitions, ensuring a smooth and successful experience from planning to implementation.
