Most content jobs box you in. You're the designer, or the editor, or the writer, and someone else owns the rest. This one is all three, and the mix is the point. You produce the design, the short-form video, and a real share of the writing behind Taikun's marketing, and you carry each piece from brief to finished asset.
The best part is where you do it. You'll sit inside a shop full of performance marketers who do this at an elite level for 8 and 9-figure DTC brands. Strategy and messaging come from our Content Coordinator and Director of Growth. The execution is yours. You'll bring the work to life, own it from first brief to final asset, and build real range across design, video, and copy while you learn what actually moves a brand.
We're small, fast-growing, fully remote, and AI-native, with real room to take on more as we grow.
What you'll do
- Make the visual content. Blog post images, social graphics, and brand visuals, plus clipping and editing short-form video for everything we publish. This is the bulk of the work.
- Write the copy. Blog and social copy in our voice, inside the Specialist's direction.
- Own it brief to final. Take a brief and run it to a finished, on-brand asset without needing every step spelled out.
- Stay aligned. Work closely with the growth team so the visuals and the words match the message.
A typical week: three to five social graphics, a couple of blog headers, two or three short videos cut from raw footage, and the copy that ships alongside them.
Who you are
Must-haves:
- 1 to 3 years creating visual content, ideally in or around a digital marketing agency.
- Strong with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar. A real eye for layout and brand consistency.
- Comfortable editing short-form video. Cuts, captions, transitions, turning raw footage into something worth watching. CapCut, Premiere, or similar.
- A solid writer who can produce clear, engaging blog and social copy inside someone else's strategy and voice. This is the plus that makes you a fit, not an afterthought.
- Sharp with AI, used with taste. We're AI-native and expect you to be too. The tools make you faster and let you try things that weren't possible before. They don't get to ship work on their own. Your judgment is the job.
Bonus, not required:
- A point of view on what good content looks like in DTC or performance marketing.
- Comfort presenting and defending a creative call to people who aren't designers.
You don't need every line above. If you're strong on design and video and can write, apply.
Above all, you take ownership. When you hit a problem, you diagnose it, weigh the options, and bring the solution you'd choose. Where it's yours to solve, you solve it and keep the right people informed. You move work forward without waiting to be told how.

- Throughput. You produce what the calendar needs, on time and at volume.
- Quality. The work looks and sounds like Taikun, every time.
- Range. You deliver across design, video, and copy, not just the one you like best.
- Ownership. Briefs become finished assets without hand-holding.
How you'll work
This is a role built on trust. We hire people who hold themselves to a high standard, then give them the room to meet it. You'll own your projects end to end, shape your own process, and be measured on the work you ship rather than the hours you sit at a desk. When you need direction, you'll have it. The rest of the time, the work is yours to run, and the credit for it is yours too.
We keep core hours on US Eastern and need meaningful overlap with the team. Within that, you decide how and when your best work gets made.
- Compensation: Contractor engagement with paid time off and an equipment and learning stipend. $2,000 – $2,500
- Location: Remote, Latin America or South Africa, with significant overlap with our 9–6 ET hours.
- Growth: Real room to take on more responsibility and earn increases as you develop.
This role isn't the right fit if
- You'd rather specialize in only one of design, video, or copy.
- You prefer every brief spelled out and aren't comfortable running with creative direction.
- You see AI tools as a shortcut around the craft rather than a way to raise it.
