Marketing Content Manager Jobs in India at FTS HEALTH & FITNESS PRIVATE LIMITED
Content Manager — Performance Marketing | Fight The Sunrise
About the Role
You’ll sit at the intersection of performance marketing and content production. Your job is to translate campaign data and feedback into a consistent pipeline of 20–30 high-performing content pieces every month — reels, testimonials, coach-led videos, transformation stories, and ad creatives.
You’re not a media buyer. You’re not a videographer. You’re the person who looks at what’s working (which hooks hold, which creatives fatigue, which formats convert on Whats App vs Instagram), and then works with coaches, editors, and scriptwriters to produce the next batch of content that performs.
This role lives or dies on two things: consistency of output and responsiveness to data.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the performance marketing team to understand weekly campaign feedback — CPL, ROAS, hook rates, hold rates, creative fatigue patterns, and platform-level differences
Translate that data into clear creative briefs for scriptwriters, editors, and coaches — what to shoot, what angle to take, what worked and what to stop repeating
Own the monthly content calendar — plan, assign, track, and deliver 20–30 content files per month without slippage
Coordinate shoots and content sessions with coaches, ensuring minimal disruption to their training schedules while getting what you need
Review all content before it goes to the media buyer — scripts, raw footage, edits, thumbnails, captions — and ensure quality, tone, and brand consistency
Build and maintain a content library organised by format, funnel stage, platform, and performance history
Identify winning patterns — if testimonial-style creatives from a specific coach consistently outperform, you should be the first person to spot it and double down
Work with the team to develop a system for rapid iteration — when a hook works, you should be able to produce 3–4 variations within days, not weeks
Requirements
Understanding of performance marketing fundamentals — you don’t need to run ads, but you need to read a creative performance report and know what it means for your next brief
Experience producing social-first video content at volume — reels, short-form video, UGC-style content, testimonials
Ability to manage coaches, editors, and scriptwriters without being their boss — you’ll need to get output from people who have other priorities
Strong organisational skills — tracking 20–30 files across scripting, shooting, editing, review, and delivery requires a system, not just memory
Comfort with feedback loops — you’ll hear “this creative died in 48 hours” regularly, and you need to treat that as useful information, not criticism
Good eye for what makes content scroll-stopping vs skippable — even if you can’t articulate the theory, you should be able to spot it
Based in Pune or willing to be — this role requires in-person coordination with coaches and the production team
Preferred
Prior experience in a D2C, fitness, or wellness brand producing ad content
Familiarity with Meta ad formats, Whats App marketing content, and Instagram creative best practices
Experience working with fitness coaches or talent who aren’t professional content creators
Basic video editing skills — enough to trim, annotate, or do a rough cut when needed, not enough to replace an editor
Exposure to tools like Notion, Google Sheets, or similar for content tracking and pipeline management
What success looks like in the first 90 days
You’re consistently delivering 20–30 content files per month on schedule
The performance marketing team considers you a partner, not a bottleneck — briefs flow both ways
You’ve built a repeatable weekly workflow: data review → brief → production → review → delivery
You can point to at least 2–3 content pieces you produced that meaningfully outperformed the baseline
Coaches and editors know what’s expected of them and when, because you’ve built that rhythm
