The Role
- Develop and deliver high-quality, external-facing creative content for brands.
- Produce, adapt, and refine creative assets across various digital channels.
- Translate creative direction into polished, on-brand digital assets swiftly and at scale.
- Apply strong craft fundamentals (design, copy, motion, UX) to real-world executions.
- Support full-funnel creative needs from awareness to conversion-focused formats.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's Degree in Digital Design, Design, Advertising, Animation, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in creative execution, digital design, content creation, or marketing creative roles.
- Experience creating external-facing digital content across Paid, Earned, Shared, or Owned channels.
- Familiarity with brand guidelines and executing within established creative frameworks.
- Strong executional skills with solid craft fundamentals (design, copy, motion, UX awareness).
- Ability to translate creative direction and briefs into high-quality external-facing content.
