ABOUT THE COMPANY
A growing retail brand with operations across Spain and an active international expansion agenda. The marketing team is being built to support a business that is scaling fast and entering new markets. This is an opportunity to join early and grow with the function.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
You will support the Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing in the day to day execution of campaigns and content initiatives. You will manage social media scheduling and community engagement, coordinate content production with creative partners, maintain the marketing calendar, compile weekly performance reports, and assist with campaign logistics across digital and physical channels. You will also support the coordination of events and activations when required.
WHAT YOU BRING
2 to 3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role. Fluent Spanish is required. You are organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously. You have hands-on experience with social media platforms and content scheduling tools. Basic knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Business Suite is expected. You write clearly, pay attention to detail, and take ownership of your deliverables without needing to be chased.
LOCATION AND COMPENSATION
Remote from Argentina. Full overlap with Spain timezone required (CET). EUR 40,000 gross annual salary.
