Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Executive role based in Kuala Lumpur. The Marketing Executive will plan and execute marketing campaigns for Top 30 Media’s awards platforms and related events, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business objectives. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analysing audience insights, and identifying opportunities to strengthen brand presence across multiple channels. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners, preparing marketing materials, managing social media and promotional activities, and supporting sales initiatives to drive participation and sponsorships. The Marketing Executive will also monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to enhance engagement and overall marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and implement effective campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Candidates should possess solid Market Research skills to gather, analyse, and interpret data on audiences, competitors, and industry trends.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to craft clear messages, present ideas, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess relationship-building skills to support sponsorship acquisition, partnership development, and event participation.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in event marketing, media, or branding within Malaysia or the region is an advantage.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic analytics is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
