Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Marketing Lead to own and scale the brand and growth engine for STEAM for Vietnam (S4V) and AI for Vietnam (AIV) — two of Vietnam's most ambitious tech-for-impact organizations. The goal of this role is to drive awareness, user acquisition, and product adoption across all flagship programs and products, while elevating the cultural voice of AI and STEAM education in Vietnam.
On any given day, you will design and run integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels; manage content calendars and brand systems; run growth experiments for flagship products such as ViGen, EduOne, etc.; produce partner-, client-, and customer-facing materials; and analyze channel performance against clear growth and brand KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own brand management for S4V and AIV. Steward the visual and narrative identity of both brands across every touchpoint — product, event, partnership, press — ensuring consistency with our cultural mission and founder voice. Develop and maintain brand playbooks, messaging guidelines, and quality standards, and hold cross-functional teams accountable to them.
- Drive product growth hacking across flagship programs. Design, run, and scale acquisition, activation, and retention experiments for ViGen, EduOne, OctoAI, AI Day, and other tech programs using content, community, referral, and paid loops. Own the full funnel and its metrics, reporting weekly on experiments, learnings, and the quarterly growth roadmap.
- Lead go-to-market for AIV and S4V tech programs. Partner with Product and Program Managers to plan and execute launches, community activations, hackathons, and leaderboard campaigns. Translate technical milestones into compelling stories for Vietnamese creators, students, educators, researchers, and technologists, ensuring every program reaches its intended audience at scale.
- Manage paid, owned, and earned channels as one integrated engine. Operate paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube), owned channels (website, newsletter, social, community), and earned media (press, PR, influencer, academic) with a unified strategy. Allocate budget across channels, track ROI, and continuously optimize the channel mix against agreed growth and brand goals.
- Produce partner-, client-, and customer-facing materials. Craft high-caliber decks, one-pagers, case studies, proposals, and reports for funders, government partners, corporate sponsors, and B2B customers. Work closely with the Co-founder, Partnerships, and Design teams to ensure every external-facing material reflects AIV and S4V's standard of excellence.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or brand roles at a tech company, startup, or digital-first nonprofit, with proven ownership of at least one brand's or product's full marketing engine.
- Strong fluency with modern marketing tools and AI workflows — comfortable using AI to create content, run analytics, manage ad operations, and accelerate experimentation, with genuine curiosity about emerging AI products.
- Proven track record running integrated paid, owned, and earned campaigns with measurable outcomes (reach, CAC, conversion, retention), and the ability to tell a clear story with data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both Vietnamese and English, with the ability to write brand-caliber copy and craft compelling decks independently.
- Self-starter with strong project management skills, comfortable operating in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment with multiple flagship initiatives running in parallel. Based in or willing to relocate to Hanoi (HCMC considered, Hanoi strongly preferred).
