What You’ll Bring to the Table:
5-7 years of experience in strategic media planning, marketing analytics, or consumer insights with a solid background in brand media.
Expertise in media buying, KPI development, and research across Linear TV, Streaming, Audio, and Out-of-Home channels.
Familiarity with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), brand lift studies, and cross-channel attribution methodologies.
Strong project management skills, including managing timelines, budgets, and agency partnerships.
Exceptional communication skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
Demonstrated ability to support large-scale marketing strategies that foster brand growth and consideration.
A "test-and-learn" approach with a track record of innovative thinking.
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience working directly with or within media agencies.
Prior involvement in identifying and securing sponsorships and brand partnerships.
Knowledge of advanced analytics tools and techniques to optimize campaign performance.
Preferred Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
Proven success supporting cross-channel marketing initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
