About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Marketing Specialist to join our team at our New York office. The ideal candidate will possess over five years of marketing experience within a law firm environment, with demonstrated expertise in pitch development, proposal support, and business development activities. In this position, you will collaborate closely with firm leadership and practice groups to develop targeted marketing campaigns, support client engagement efforts, and ensure alignment with the overall strategic objectives of the organization. Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of five years of relevant experience within a law firm or professional services environment is essential. Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of legal marketing strategies, pitch and proposal development, and business development support. Exceptional interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a client-focused attitude are critical for success. The ability to manage multiple projects, work collaboratively across teams, and demonstrate resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment is required. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, is necessary to facilitate effective communication and presentation development. Experience managing budgets and implementing cost-effective marketing strategies will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
As a Regional Marketing Specialist, your key responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic marketing plans tailored to the New York office while aligning with the firm’s overarching goals. You will support the creation of compelling pitches, proposals, and marketing collateral that highlight the firm’s strengths and expertise. Managing and maintaining client relationship management (CRM) systems and marketing databases will be part of your duties to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. You will collaborate with practice groups and attorneys to identify new business opportunities and craft targeted marketing campaigns. Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed, and providing regular reports to leadership will be vital. Additionally, you will oversee budget management for marketing projects, ensuring cost efficiency and resource allocation. Your role will also involve coordinating events, seminars, and other outreach activities to elevate the firm’s profile within the legal community and beyond.
