Hybrid Schedule
Base salary: $90 – 110k base
Hours: 9-5
Responsibilities:
- Support marketing and communications efforts for a dynamic architecture and design firm.
- Develop and manage proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral using Adobe InDesign.
- Collaborate with project teams to craft compelling narratives and scopes of work.
- Maintain and update project databases and marketing materials.
- Utilize graphic design skills to enhance marketing deliverables.
- Participate in strategic marketing initiatives to support business development.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials under tight deadlines.
- Coordinate award submissions and promotional campaigns to enhance visibility.
- Utilize graphic design skills to create visually appealing marketing content.
- Collaborate with partners and staff to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in architecture or design industries.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, is essential.
- Strong knowledge of marketing fundamentals and A/E/C industry terminology.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple deadlines.
- Intermediate to advanced graphic design skills; photography skills are a plus.
- Positive, collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively with teams.
- Self-starter with the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
