Role Description
We are seeking a full-time on-site Marketing Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. The Marketing Specialist will develop and execute marketing strategies, perform detailed market research to identify trends and opportunities, enhance customer engagement, and support sales efforts. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and ensure alignment with company objectives. Being instrumental in delivering our brand's message, this position helps craft experiences that resonate with our audience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to identify trends, analyze data, and plan impactful campaigns.
- Experience in Sales and understanding of sales processes to collaborate with the sales team and support revenue growth initiatives.
- Creative thinking, problem-solving ability, adaptability, and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, with relevant work experience in marketing or a similar role.
- Familiarity with the F&B industry and an interest in food and beverage trends are advantageous.
