Marketing Specialist UK Jobs in London Area, United Kingdom at Embrava

Title: Marketing Specialist UK

Company: Embrava

Location: London Area, United Kingdom

About the Role

We're looking for a UK-based Marketing Specialist to own a broad remit across the full marketing mix — from crafting compelling campaigns and written content to planning and executing trade shows and in-person events across the UK and Europe.

This role is ideal for someone equally at home writing sharp copy and managing a busy event calendar. You care about the craft, sweat the details, and take pride in work that's done properly.

What You'll Do

  • Own Embrava's presence at UK and European trade shows and industry events — end-to-end, from logistics to on-site execution and post-event follow-up
  • Develop event-specific campaigns: pre-show outreach, on-site activations, and post-event nurture sequences
  • Own email marketing from copywriting through to deployment and performance analysis
  • Write clear, on-brand copy across formats: emails, press releases, blog posts, product announcements, sales assets, and one-pagers
  • Manage and segment our contact database to ensure personalised, relevant outreach
  • Support content creation across channels. LinkedIn, case studies, video scripts, and more
  • Be a day-to-day partner to the Director of Marketing in US, managing timelines, juggling projects, and keeping initiatives moving

What You Bring

  • 2+ years in a marketing role with hands-on experience in both digital campaigns and event/trade show execution
  • Exceptional writing skills — clarity, personality, and purpose, with a talent for making complex ideas compelling
  • Sharp attention to detail and a genuine commitment to excellence
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Microsoft 365
  • Strong understanding of list segmentation, audience targeting, and email best practices
  • An eye for design and the ability to partner effectively with creative teams
  • Low ego, high agency. You take ownership, move fast, and raise your hand when something's not right
  • AI-forward mindset

Why Embrava

  • Close-knit team shaping the future of intelligent workplaces
  • Collaborative culture that values creativity and initiative
  • Competitive compensation and benefits
  • Regular opportunities to represent Embrava at events across the UK and Europe

Embrava is an equal opportunity employer committed to building an inclusive environment for all.
