Role Description This is a full-time, remote Media Buyer role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing media campaigns across digital and traditional channels. The Media Buyer will research target audiences, evaluate media opportunities, and negotiate placements to achieve client performance goals and maximize return on ad spend. Daily responsibilities include setting up campaigns, monitoring budgets, adjusting bids and targeting, and preparing performance reports and insights. The role will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to refine media strategies, test creative variations, and ensure campaigns align with brand and business objectives. The Media Buyer will also stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve campaign results.
Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in media planning and media buying, with experience managing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Proficiency in media strategy and analytical skills to interpret performance data, optimize campaigns, and provide actionable insights.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients, and to present campaign recommendations and results clearly.
  • Experience using ad platforms, analytics tools, and reporting dashboards; familiarity with A/B testing and performance optimization techniques.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Relevant experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field; a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of digital channels such as paid social, programmatic, display, search, or video is a plus.
