About the Role:
Minizmo is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Menswear Design Intern to join our creative team in Gurgaon. This on-site role offers a hands-on opportunity to dive deep into premium menswear and formal tailoring. You will work closely with our core design team, contributing to everything from initial trend research to technical product development.
Key Responsibilities
Research & Conceptualisation: Assist in creating seasonal mood boards, colour palettes, and tracking menswear tailoring trends.
Fabric & Trim Management: Maintain and organise our fabric library, sourcing premium suiting materials, linings, and trims.
Fit & Production Support: Participate in fit sessions, document required alterations, and assist in coordinating with production units.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in fashion design (specialization in menswear/tailoring is a plus).
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for creating garment flats.
Basic understanding of menswear garment construction, pattern-making, and textiles.
Strong communication skills and a keen eye for premium tailoring details.
