What this role really is
This is not a traditional “fashion designer” role.
You will work closely with the founder to research, curate, and create the future of menswear celebration fashion.
Your role is to identify what’s next in fashion, understand trends, create concepts, and turn ideas into strong product directions through software, research, AI, and visual thinking—not hand sketching.
You will help shape what the brand designs next.
What you will own Fashion Research & Trend Curation:
– Research global and Indian menswear trends
– Study fashion placements, silhouettes, embroidery, graphics, and emerging aesthetics
– Continuously identify what’s culturally relevant and commercially interesting
Fashion Concept Building:
– Create
** references, concepts, and fashion directions*
* – Build strong visual narratives for collections and product ideas
– Curate ideas for surface placements – print, embroidery, embellishments, vinyl
Design Mock-up & Visual Thinking:
– Create software-based mock-ups (not sketches)
– Use digital tools to communicate product ideas quickly
– Translate inspiration into
** clear product direction *
* AI & Software Usage (Important):
– Use AI tools for fashion ideation and trend research
– Strong comfort with design software, research tools, mood-boarding
– Move fast using technology and experimentation
What success looks like
– Strong pipeline of relevant fashion ideas
– Faster design ideation cycles
– Better trend spotting and concept creation
– High-quality styles and visual direction

Compensation
– Fixed: ₹5–9L
