Hello, we're We Scout — and we're looking for an AM/SAM/AD to join us. We're not your cookie-cutter agency. We do earned first, and do it well. We make brands part of culture through storytelling, influence, ideas and experiences that actually get noticed.
We believe in hiring the right person – so we are open to experience from AM through to AD, and will shape the role to suit that candidate.
The role
You'll own the day-to-day of client accounts across culture-led brands in lifestyle, travel, auto, finance, consumer tech, sport and more, working across earned media, social, content, AI and events. You'll be surrounded by good people, good clients and the chance to do great work.
- Own client accounts end-to-end, supported by a talented team
- Pitch, place and push stories across earned media channels
- Build genuine media and creator relationships that get results
- Work across integrated campaigns – influence, talent, content and events
- Contribute to AI-powered workflows: content ideation, trend analysis, campaign reporting and audience insight tools
- Support the strategy and execution of events, from intimate brand moments to large-scale experiences
- Be hands-on at events and bring creative input into how those experiences come to life
- Lead client relationships with curiosity and critical thinking
- Think commercially and always ask: how can we add more value?
Our Industry-led AI offering
At We Scout, AI is part of how we work, not a bolt-on. You'll contribute to and benefit from AI that accelerates campaign ideation, content production, media monitoring and performance reporting. We’re building AI solutions ourselves, so you will be part of the journey. No deep technical knowledge required, just curiosity and a willingness to explore what's possible. We'll bring you up to speed and grow this capability together.
Our events division
From brand launches and media moments to fan experiences and cultural activations, in 2026 We Scout is expanding our events offering as a core part of what we deliver. You'll work closely with our events arm, contributing ideas, managing logistics and being present on the ground when it counts.
What we're looking for
- 3-6 years' experience in PR, social, content and/or events
- Confidence to lead client relationships, think critically, manage clients and speak up with smart ideas
- Strong written skills – you can craft a pitch that gets a response
- A genuine passion for social media, culture and content that lands
- Media contacts across different publications and a growing creator network
- Comfort working alongside AI (or a curiosity to learn)
- Calm under pressure, a team player, and genuinely fun to work with
