ABOUT TONIC
Tonic is a creative and digital agency based in Surry Hills, Sydney. We work across brand, digital, UX/UI, and campaigns, combining creative thinking with technology and strategy to solve real business challenges for a diverse mix of clients. We're a tight-knit, collaborative team that values hands-on problem-solving and work you're genuinely proud of.
THE ROLE
We need a mid-weight designer who thinks as well as they design and can use both to solve real client problems.
Working closely with our Creative Director and a talented team, you'll contribute to a wide range of creative and digital projects, from brand and campaign work through to motion, UX/UI, and social. You're an all-rounder who thinks as well as you execute, and you care about craft at every level of the work.
This is a hands-on role with real variety. You'll be across day-to-day design briefs as well as bigger-picture projects, and you'll have opportunities to grow – taking on more responsibility and contributing ideas as you develop.

- Adobe Creative Suite
- Figma (design, wireframing, prototyping)
- Motion graphics and video editing
- Strong UX/UI knowledge and workflow
- Digital design: web, social, campaigns
- Print design fundamentals
