We're looking for an exceptionally talented Motion Designer to work remotely with us and bring ideas to life through world class animation, storytelling, and visual craft. WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- An awesome motion portfolio
- 4–5 years of relevant experience
- A true passion for motion and design
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects
- Ability to work with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
- A creative eye for motion design
- Strong competency with sound editing and light color correction
- Highly skilled with composition, color, and rhythm
- Ability to solve problems by communicating clearly and proposing solutions
- High-level English communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ambition
- Team player, open to feedback, and flexible with change
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively online
- Experience optimizing motion files for the web, including Lottie, is required, with a willingness to learn new tools
BONUS POINTS
- Background in graphic design, illustration, or 3D
