Multimedia Designer Jobs in Brno, South Moravia, Czechia at Lummus Technology

Title: Multimedia Designer

Company: Lummus Technology

Location: Brno, South Moravia, Czechia

You see the world differently. Where others see a slide deck, you see a story waiting to come alive. Where others see a content brief, you see motion, texture, pace, and purpose. You don’t just make things look good — you make people feel something.

We’re building a communications and marketing function that doesn’t just support the business — it elevates it. As a growing B2B company at an exciting inflection point, we have a story worth telling. And we need the right creative talent to tell it with boldness, precision, and visual flair.

As our Multimedia Designer, you’ll be the creative engine behind how our brand shows up — across digital channels, technology line presentations, project proposals, and everything in between. You’ll take complex ideas and translate them into visuals that stop the scroll, hold a room, and leave a lasting impression. You’ll work hand-in-hand with communications, marketing, and business leaders to push what’s possible — and raise the bar every time.

If you’re someone who gets genuinely excited about the craft — who obsesses over transitions, typography, and the perfect three-second animation that makes a point land — and you want your work to matter for a brand on the rise, this role was written for you.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce a wide range of visual assets across digital and print — including social media graphics, email campaigns, digital ads, event materials, and infographics — that are consistently on-brand and built to perform.
  • Edit and produce video content for internal communications, social media, thought leadership, and external campaigns using professional-grade tools.
  • Develop motion graphics, animations, and short-form video content that bring brand storytelling to life across owned and earned channels.
  • Elevate the company’s PowerPoint presence by designing high-impact, visually sophisticated business unit presentations, pitch decks, and proposals that go far beyond templates — creating experiences, not just slides. Whether for a client pitch, a conference stage, or an internal business review, your work will command the room.
  • Build interactive and dynamic presentation formats that engage internal and external audiences, incorporating transitions, embedded media, and visual hierarchy that commands attention.
  • Collaborate closely with communications, marketing, and business unit subject matter experts to concept, design, and deliver creative that aligns with business priorities and amplifies brand reputation.
  • Support the design of conference collateral — including booth graphics, printed materials, digital displays, and branded event assets — that reflect the company’s expertise and elevate its presence at industry events.
  • Uphold brand standards across all outputs, ensuring visual consistency, quality, and compliance with accessibility guidelines.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with speed, accuracy, and a solution-oriented mindset, navigating tight deadlines without compromising craft.
  • Stay ahead of design trends, platform behaviors, and emerging tools — bringing fresh thinking and new capabilities to the team on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a multimedia or graphic designer, with a portfolio that spans motion graphics, video, digital content, and print — demonstrating range, creative voice, and high craft.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with deep fluency in After Effects and Premiere Pro for motion and video work, and Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop for static design.
  • Exceptional PowerPoint design skills — you know how to work within its constraints and push them, building presentations that are visually compelling, strategically structured, and client-ready.
  • Experience creating and formatting content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube) with an understanding of how design performs in-feed.
  • Strong grasp of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, layout, and brand systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in motion graphics and animation with an eye for pacing, timing, and narrative flow.
