We are seeking a dynamic and creative Multimedia Producer to join our team and bring compelling visual and audio content to life across multiple platforms. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multimedia content strategies aligned with organizational goals, including videos, podcasts, social media content, and digital campaigns.
- Operate broadcast studio equipment, lighting setups, and post-production tools to produce polished audio-visual materials.
- Capture high-quality footage through videography and photography, ensuring visual consistency and storytelling effectiveness.
- Edit video and audio content using industry-standard media editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines, ensuring seamless coordination between content creation, editing, and distribution teams.
- Write clear scripts, storyboards, and technical documentation; interpret complex concepts into engaging visual narratives.
- Oversee social media management by creating engaging posts across various platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to maximize audience engagement.
- Operate media equipment for live broadcasts or recorded segments in studio settings; handle post-production tasks including color correction, sound mixing, and graphic integration.
Skills
- Extensive experience with social media platforms and content management systems.
- Strong storytelling abilities combined with excellent writing skills for scripts and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in audio and video processing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut Pro or similar tools.
- Skilled in video editing, media editing tools, broadcast studio equipment operation, lighting for video production, and post-production workflows.
- Knowledge of videography techniques including camera operation, framing composition, and lighting setup for professional-quality footage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently using project management methodologies; excellent organizational skills.
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus for reaching diverse audiences; experience with translation is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interpret complex ideas visually; technical writing experience is valued.
- Familiarity with journalism principles to craft accurate and compelling stories across various media formats.
