Position: Music Educator for Long & McQuade

This position is ideal for music educators who possess a diploma or degree in music or equivalent practical experience. Candidates must have a proven ability to teach students of all ages and apply effective teaching methods. Engaging in group and private lessons can enhance students’ musical talents through a structured curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach piano, guitar, bass, and drums
• Instruct students in woodwinds, brass, strings, and vocals
• Apply recognized teaching methods and lesson plans
• Engage diverse students in private and group settings
• Provide constructive feedback to help students progress
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 8 RCM standing with Grade 2 Rudiments
• Music degree or diploma from a recognized University or College
• Previous experience teaching various age groups
• Professional equivalency will be considered
• Strong foundation in music education curriculum
