Job Description:
Crosspoint Church PCA in Boone, NC is seeking a part-time (20 hrs/week) Music Ministry Coordinator to lead and shape gospel-centered, congregational worship across two Sunday morning services. We have a modern acoustic worship style blending the old with the new.
You’ll plan and lead worship, shepherd and further develop a volunteer team, and help cultivate a church culture where the congregation’s voice is primary. We’re a 250-person winsomely Reformed and Covenantal church in a vibrant college town, seeking someone who loves Jesus, leads with humility, and equips others well.
Position
Qualifications:
Music ministry experience, strong communication and organization skills, familiarity with Planning Center and Pro Presenter.
