What You’ll Do:
- Becoming a specialist in your assigned technology area within the IT market.
- Proactively building client relationships through a mix of warm and cold outreach.
- Managing the full client lifecycle – from identifying leads and booking meetings to negotiating terms and closing deals.
- Gaining face-to-face client interaction and making an impact in a thriving industry.
- Growing your expertise with structured training and mentorship designed to help you thrive.
What You Bring:
- At least 1 year in sales (B2B, B2C, SDR, or BDR roles).
- Confidence in phone-based interactions and working with targets or KPIs.
- A self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a desire for career growth.
What We Offer:
- Year 1 Total Compensation typically: €39-42k+ | Year 2: €56k+
