It works closely with Global Nutrition on complex or sensitive topics and shares Europe- and market-specific learnings as appropriate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Business support & partnering: Act as a day‑to‑day nutrition partner for the Europe business. Provide nutrition input into innovation and renovation projects, including claims, Q&As, and communication activities. Support teams with practical guidance and recommendations on nutrition‑related questions. Contribute to internal materials that support consistent nutrition communication across Europe.
- Portfolio assessment and monitoring: Support Europe portfolio nutrition assessments, including reviewing products against relevant nutrition criteria, and contribute to the monitoring and reporting of nutrition goals and metrics.
- Advocacy and issues support: Monitor key nutrition‑related developments in Europe and flag potential implications for TMICC. Provide support on nutrition-related topics by translating global nutrition positions into Europe‑specific guidance and briefing materials.
- Capability building and cross-functional collaboration: Support internal capability building by sharing learnings and best practices with Europe stakeholders. Work closely with Global Nutrition to ensure alignment between global strategy and Europe execution. As part of Scientific Affairs, collaborate with RD&I, Marketing, Legal and Corporate Affairs on nutrition‑related topics. Participate in relevant Global forums and support global projects as required.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
Key Skills and Experiences:
- Degree in Nutrition (BSc/MSc or equivalent), Dietetics, Public Health or a related field.

- Interest in European nutrition policy and external developments.
- Strong ability to translate technical information into practical, business‑relevant guidance.
- Sufficient digital and analytical skills to support portfolio assessments and nutrition metrics monitoring (e.g. working with datasets, scorecards, dashboards or similar tools). General interest in AI/digital tools and continuous improvement approaches.
