Purpose of the Role:
The purpose of the role is to ensure efficient production operations, proper resource utilization, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- To execute shift operations in accordance with daily and weekly production plans.
- To ensure timely issuance and use of raw materials as per process orders.
- To perform necessary transactions in SAP to track and report production activities.
- To troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues efficiently.
- To optimize utilization of all resources including manpower, materials, and machines.
- To calibrate measuring instruments following the yearly maintenance schedule.
- To monitor and maintain work efficiency parameters including:
- Productivity
- Processing cost
- Yield and batch variance
- Right-First-Time (RFT)
- To ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of SCADA, PLC, or DCS systems will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of production processes, industrial machinery, safety standards, and planning methodologies.
