Key Responsibilities
- Achieving Monthly Food Service Sales Targets: Spearhead the attainment of monthly sales goals in the Food Service category by utilizing the allocated company budget efficiently. This entails developing and enhancing sales operations to drive revenue growth.
- Strategic Business Agreements: Collaborate with the region and food service teams to ensure business agreements with customers are established at the onset of season openings, fostering strong business relationships and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Market Trends and Sales Data Monitoring: Monitor sales data and stay abreast of current market trends and customer needs. This proactive approach is crucial for adapting strategies to meet market demands.
- Weekly Business Reporting: Compile and present weekly reports on business activities and market evolution. This analysis will inform the evaluation of market potential and guide strategic decisions and actions.
- Optimized Product Sales Management: Manage the sales process by ensuring the sale of the appropriate quantity and variety of products to the correct customers through detailed channel analysis.
- Retailer Transformation into Perfect Stores: Guarantee product availability, optimal introduction of NPDs, adherence to recommended pricing strategies, accurate product and promotional displays, and visual appeal. These efforts aim to transform retailers into 'Perfect Stores' by enhancing shopper attraction to the cabinet.
- Holistic Data Insight and Communication: Ensure a comprehensive insight into market data and evidence-based practices. Leverage external market insights and communicate value-adding data analysis effectively, creating tangible value for the organization.
- Efficient Inventory Management of FS Cabinet and Visibility Materials: Oversee the management of FS Cabinet and visibility materials inventory with high efficiency, ensuring optimal distribution across regional operations.
- Management of FS BMI and FS Budgets: Direct the management of Food Service BMI and FS TTS budgets. Expenditures should align with the CVA standards of Unilever, ensuring financial resources are allocated strategically to support marketing and operational objectives.
What You Need To Succeed
Experiences & Qualifications
- University Degree
- Minimum 3 years sales experience
- Algida experience is preferred
- Team management experience is preferred
Skills
- Excellent Presentation Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and engage with diverse audiences, clearly conveying channel strategies, products and targets.
- Proven Sales Performance: Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets, showcasing an ability to drive consistent growth.
- Mobility and Field Orientation: Willingness to travel and work in various locations, indicating a flexible approach to field-based sales activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office: Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, for efficient data management, presentation creation, and communication.
- Strong Analytical Thinking: Capability to analyze data, market trends, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and identify sales opportunities.
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to build relationships, effectively communicate across various levels, and collaborate within a team environment.
- Proficiency in English: While not mandatory, a strong command of the English language is preferred.
