Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Amritsar. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the café and bakehouse operates efficiently. Responsibilities include maintaining high-quality standards, optimizing workflows, managing inventory, and coordinating with suppliers. The role also involves developing and implementing processes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the business.
