Position Description:
Scope : OCM / Change Manager
A "B-plus to A" change manager whose focus is end-user-facing technology rollouts. Specifically, someone who can:
• Craft a value-based adoption campaign — framing what the tool does for the user and how they'll interact with it
• Design and deliver the associated training
• Prepare the service desk for the most common support issues
• Produce a go-live change management playbook that becomes a reusable gate — "that every end user impacting technology has to clear in order for us to hit the button and deploy"
The immediate application is an end-user tool rollout (context suggests Microsoft 365 / OneDrive based on the service center reference).
