Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for an Outbound Growth Lead for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Mexico. Our client provides a cloud-based platform that helps businesses manage their spending.

You'll architect, execute, and scale the outbound go‐to‐market engine. This role is ideal for a data‐driven, experimentation‐oriented growth operator who thrives at the intersection of outbound strategy, email infrastructure, automation, and messaging. You will own the full outbound motion across cold email, LinkedIn, and multichannel outreach, ensuring predictable pipeline generation and continuous optimization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound growth, sales development, or demand generation roles.
  • Deep understanding of cold email systems, deliverability, and technical setup.
  • Hands‐on experience with data sourcing tools, enrichment platforms, and outbound automation software.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to craft compelling outbound messaging.
  • Comfortable operating in fast‐paced, experimental environments.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage data enrichment sequences using platforms like Clay to source prospect information.
  • Clean messy raw data (e.g., fixing formatting issues and "mojibake" characters) before CRM ingestion.
  • Categorize prospect contacts into specific target personas, such as "Grow", " Transact, or "Treasury."
  • Run rigorous list hygiene and email validation using tools like MillionVerifier and LeadMagic to minimize bounce rates.
  • Track email campaign health, manage sender domains, and advise on tracking reliability.
  • Oversee the RevOps software stack, handling subscriptions and API keys for tools like Apollo, Prospeo, and Vultr.
  • Support CRM setups, migrations, and internal workflows, such as transitioning from Iterable to HubSpot.
  • Build, manage, and optimize outbound campaigns across cold email, LinkedIn, and general email marketing.
  • Develop and run multichannel sequences that drive engagement with high‐value prospects.
  • Create messaging frameworks, value propositions, and outreach templates aligned with ICP and buying signals.
  • Set up and maintain outbound email infrastructure (domains, warm‐up, authentication, routing).
  • Monitor and improve deliverability, inbox placement, and sending reputation.
  • Implement best practices for compliance (CAN‐SPAM, GDPR‐aligned outreach, opt‐out management).
  • Lead data sourcing, list building, and enrichment workflows to ensure accurate targeting of true decision‐makers.
  • Identify and operationalize commercially relevant buying signals and intent triggers.
  • Maintain clean, structured, and actionable prospect databases.
  • Implement and manage automation tools to scale outbound efforts without sacrificing personalization.
  • Build repeatable workflows for campaign deployment, testing, and reporting.
  • Integrate outbound systems with CRM and analytics tools to ensure visibility and attribution.
  • Run continuous A/B tests across messaging, channels, timing, and audience segments.
  • Analyze performance data to identify insights and iterate on strategy.
  • Drive predictable pipeline growth through structured experimentation and rapid learning cycles.
