Key Responsibilities
🔹 Machine Operation & Monitoring
- Operate packaging machinery efficiently to ensure smooth production and consistent product quality.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain operational efficiency.
🔹 Setup & Material Preparation
- Prepare and organize packaging materials, including labels, cartons, and other required supplies.
- Ensure timely machine setup and uninterrupted workflow throughout production.
🔹 Troubleshooting & Maintenance
- Identify and resolve minor machine malfunctions and operational issues promptly.
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel when technical support is required to minimize downtime.
🔹 Quality Assurance
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure packaging meets company standards and specifications.
- Report defects, inconsistencies, or quality concerns immediately.
🔹 Safety & Workplace Compliance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Follow all company safety guidelines, operational procedures, and compliance requirements.
🔹 Production Reporting
- Record production outputs, machine performance, downtime, and other operational data accurately.
- Maintain required documentation and daily production reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
🔹 Minimum 2 years of experience operating industrial packaging or packing machinery.
🔹 Strong technical understanding of machine operations, settings, and basic troubleshooting.
🔹 Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality standards.
🔹 Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety.
🔹 Good teamwork and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively to achieve daily production targets.
