- Lead the congregation in worship, ensuring every service is gospel‑centered, biblically faithful, and spiritually engaging.
- Develop, recruit, and shepherd worship leaders, musicians, vocalists, and production volunteers, building healthy and effective teams.
- Plan and coordinate worship programming, collaborating closely with preaching and ministry teams to align worship with the church’s mission and values.
- Choose songs that are biblically faithful, emotionally honest, and accessible for congregational singing.
- Cultivate a celebrative worship culture that is joyous, warm, theological, and Spirit‑dependent.
- Coach and mentor staff and volunteers, modeling pastoral leadership within worship ministry.
- Maintain creative vision while organizing service logistics and production details.
