We are now looking for a passionate Patisserie Trainer (Part-time) to join us on this meaningful journey.

Your Mission
You will play a key role in delivering the Cert III in Patisserie (SIT31021) program, equipping trainees with professional baking and pastry skills while supporting their confidence, independence, and career readiness.
You will be more than a trainer—you will be a mentor and role model, helping shape the future of young people through hands-on learning and real-world experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver practical and theoretical training in baking and pastry
• Ensure trainees meet competency standards across all modules
• Monitor, assess, and support trainees’ progress
• Collaborate with internal teams and industry partners to enhance workplace learning
• Contribute to improving curriculum quality and training delivery
• Manage training kitchen operations, equipment, and materials
• Support events, competitions, and trainee development activities

Who We’re Looking For
• At least 5 years of experience in bakery/patisserie
• Strong training, coaching, and communication skills
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to work in a dynamic environment
• Passionate about developing young people and creating social impact
• Flexible, patient, and culturally aware
