• 4+ years of experience in hardware and software integration, with hands-on exposure to building end-to-end solutions.
Strategic Consulting: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to craft transformation strategies.
• Client Engagement: Expertise in pitching and relationship management at executive levels.
• Event Hosting: Ability to manage and facilitate CXO-level sessions with professionalism.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; storytelling ability.
• Business Acumen: Understanding emerging technologies, innovation ecosystems, and venture models.
• Community Building & Culture Design: Proven experience in creating engagement programs.
• Exposure to innovation programs, emerging technologies, startup ecosystems, or transformation initiatives is preferred.
- Rapid prototyping: Ability to quickly build and demo phygital concepts (hardware + software integration)
- Physical computing + IoT basics: Sensors, microcontrollers, edge/cloud connectivity
- Experience design: Create intuitive, interactive phygital demos (UX, spatial/immersive interactions)
- Client storytelling: Translate prototypes into clear business value for CXO conversations
- Workshop facilitation: Lead co-creation sessions and convert ideas into use cases/PoCs
- Solution shaping: Define problem → architecture → demo → next-step roadmap
- Execution mindset: Deliver reliable, repeatable demos and manage end-to-end client engagements
