We're now looking for a Senior / Consultant Physiotherapist to help shape the next chapter.
The Role
This is a hybrid clinical and growth-focused position. You'll split your time between hands-on patient care, and driving client acquisition and retention, and helping steer clinical operations alongside the leadership team.
What you'll be doing:
- Delivering high-quality physiotherapy assessments and treatments across musculoskeletal, sports, and performance-based presentations.
- Taking an active role in bringing in new clients and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships through clinical excellence, referrals, community engagement, and partnerships.
- Working with leadership to refine clinical pathways, quality standards, and treatment protocols across the physio pillar.
- Supporting day-to-day clinical operations, including scheduling logic, clinical governance, documentation standards, and cross-pillar coordination with the wider team.
Who We're Looking For
- Holder of a Part 1A Physiotherapist License issued by the Physiotherapists Board of Hong Kong (or eligible to obtain one).
- Minimum 2+ years of post-qualification clinical experience, with a strong track record in MSK, sports, or performance rehabilitation.
- Proven experience, or clear confidence, in a revenue-contributing role: bringing in new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and growing a personal caseload.
- Comfortable contributing to clinical operations, team culture, and service design, not just treating behind a closed door.
- Fluent Cantonese is required; English is a strong advantage for patient communication.
