- Prepares and reviews project documents, reports, development of program, planning and schedule maintenance. Ensuring timely and accurate delivery; able to make modifications as required by project and able to control in Cost and Schedule Management.
- Must be a licensed Any Field of Engineering
- At least 15 years work experience in industry, 10 years of which was spent as Senior Planner/Scheduler or Planning Manager using Primavera P6, as a minimum requirement
Responsibilities
- Prepares the Project Controls Plan for assigned project/program. Provides leadership in terms of Project Controls activities such as Planning, Schedule Development, Change Management, Forecasting, Cost, Trends, and Claims. Provides leadership and guidance for the analysis of cost & planning efforts / reports.
- Thorough knowledge in Programme Development, identify Contract Relief clause on the Project. Develop, Checks, reviews, and EPS/WBS, project milestone, access dates and interface.
- Determines scope definition requirements of scope and other specialty items and can handle both Tender & Execution work.
- Determines critical-path activities for assigned discipline or specialties and identifies significant activities supporting inter discipline requirements.
- Reviews and approves Earned Revenue Determination Data, Proposal Financial Summaries, Project Financial Status Reports, and Charge for Project Working Capital calculations for assigned project/program.
- Performs, or coordinates the performance of, pricing structure development and application to takeoffs, derived quantities, quantity assumption, and cost allowances within a discipline.
- Assists in developing unit man-hour and pricing data for a specific discipline or other specialty, including estimating parameters, factors, indices, productivity and craft distribution.
- Knowledge in capital cost and services estimating, demonstrated skill in identifying, analyzing, and providing innovative solutions to cost problems.
- Able to manage interface of subcontractor or vendors work.
- Prepares of weekly Accomplishment Reports to owner.
- Prepares, coordinates, and directs Project Controls presentations to DMCI and client management, as required. Participates in the development and training of assigned personnel and the implementation of on-the-job and classroom training programs.
- Prepares various monthly reports to main office not limited to accounting requirements, man-hour report, contract status, billing and collection status and revenue projection.
- Monitors schedule deviation for assigned disciplines or specialties and recommends corrective action/workaround solutions for project considerations.
- Reviews and evaluates of performance reports like cost report and audit reports
- Develops quality dashboard, reports or installation curves for assigned disciplines or specialties; reviews and evaluates quantity records to ensure total quantities are represented for a particular discipline or specialty.
- Develops required job hour expenditure for assigned disciplines or specialties; assists in determining leveling decisions; performs quantity and manpower resource loading for assigned schedules.
- Performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning & cost engineering functions, which include planning reports, cost control and cost analysis, at site.
- Able to generate Schedule Delay Analysis, Delay Log & Notification.
