  5. Known for the ability to present well-written strategic arguments as well as respectfully challenge a client's assumptions.
  6. Can predict future challenges, and articulate an exciting creative vision or how the brand should show up.
  7. Identifies areas that are important to team+ clients. Helps creatives get unstuck. Give direction when in doubt.
  8. Owns projects from start to finish, troubleshooting issues and collaborating with teams to deliver the best outcome
