Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area for a Portfolio Marketing Manager. The individual in this role will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to optimize the performance of Link Logistics’ portfolio. Key responsibilities include managing local marketing initiatives, analyzing market trends, creating promotional materials, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. The Portfolio Marketing Manager will also engage with tenants to cultivate strong relationships, support leasing efforts, and contribute to the success of properties in the portfolio.
Qualifications
- Marketing expertise, including experience in creating and executing effective marketing strategies and local marketing plans.
- Excellent skills in Market Analysis, Data Evaluation, and Trend Forecasting to support decision-making.
- Strong Communication, Collaboration, and Relationship Management abilities to work with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Campaign Management tools and platforms.
- Creativity and Problem-Solving skills to craft compelling promotional materials and overcome challenges.
- Relevant education, such as a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in real estate, industrial operations, or logistics is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
