Post Production Lead (Content Producer) Jobs in Seattle, WA at Deux Vingt

Title: Post Production Lead (Content Producer)

Company: Deux Vingt

Location: Seattle, WA

Company Description

Deux Vingt is a creative production agency working at the intersection of content, strategy, and design—with a focus on travel, hospitality, and storytelling. We're seeking an experienced Post Production Lead (Content Producer) who pairs strong editorial instincts with the ability to build and run the systems that keep a busy, distributed post pipeline moving. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll direct the work, build the process behind it, and edit at a high level yourself.

Role Overview

As Post Production Lead, you'll own the post-production process end to end—establishing workflows, directing the edit, and delivering polished content across social, digital, and campaign platforms. You'll balance three modes: hands-on editing and finishing, creative direction across projects, and the project management that keeps a diverse, multi-region team aligned and on schedule. You'll collaborate with creative directors, strategists, producers, and designers to translate raw footage into engaging visual stories, while building the structure—file organization, review cycles, delivery standards—that lets the whole team work faster and more consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead post-production across projects—from ingest and organization through edit, finishing, and delivery.
  • Build, document, and maintain post workflows: media management, versioning, review cycles, and delivery specs.
  • Edit and finish video content yourself, setting the bar for storytelling, pacing, and technical quality.
  • Provide creative and editorial direction to editors and collaborators, giving clear, actionable feedback.
  • Coordinate a distributed, multi-region team—managing timelines, handoffs, and deliverables across time zones.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure brand and message alignment.
  • Adapt and repurpose content for various platforms and aspect ratios, maintaining consistency at scale.
  • Oversee project timelines, revisions, and deliverables in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
  • Establish and uphold quality standards, from color and sound to final export and archiving.
  • Stay informed on post tools, formats, and content trends to keep the team's craft and pipeline current.
  • Support and mentor editors and junior post team members, fostering best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years in post-production and content production, ideally within an agency or brand environment, including experience leading projects or teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and the Adobe Suite; DaVinci Resolve a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to both direct the edit and execute it hands-on at a high level.
  • Experience designing and running post-production workflows for a team.
  • Comfort managing distributed collaborators across regions and time zones.
  • Multilingual ability is a plus, given our diverse team and international work.
  • Strong understanding of social and digital content best practices and storytelling techniques.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and creative-direction skills.
  • A passion for visual storytelling and for building the systems that let a team do its best work.
