The Opportunity
We are seeking a consultant-minded Process Engineer to join a transformation program where process design is being done accurately from scratch. We need forward thinking Process Engineer who can confidently design future-state (TO-BE) processes in SAP Signavio, working alongside business SMEs to define how the organisation will operate using Salesforce, SAP and Adobe.
This engagement will include some current-state mapping, but the core focus is future-state design
Responsibilities
- Lead workshops with SMEs to capture and document future state process models (Salesforce first).
- Use SAP Signavio to build process definitions and maintain strong modelling standards.
- Translate outcomes and technology capability into clear, usable end to end processes.
- Produce high quality process artefacts that support implementation and adoption across platforms (Salesforce / SAP / Adobe).
- Where required, document current-state processes to inform gaps and transition planning.
- Contribute to process governance, consistency, and reusable patterns (templates/standards) as the process library grows.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven, hands-on SAP Signavio expertise (must have) with demonstrated use of a broad range of functions (not just basic process elements).
- Strong capability designing greenfields / future-state processes (you can start with a blank page and build coherent operating models).
- Experience working with senior SMEs and stakeholders. confident facilitation, structured discovery, and crisp documentation.
- Ability to link technology capability (Salesforce / SAP / Adobe) back to process outcomes without relying on heavy customisation assumptions.
- Clear communication and documentation skills. you can make complex operating models understandable and actionable.
