We’re working with a fast-growing technology company that is building an intelligent, high-scale platform used by organisations processing millions of documents every day.
Their product sits at the centre of complex operational workflows, and they’re now looking for a Product Design Engineer to help shape the next generation of user experience across the platform.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of:
- Product thinking
- UX/UI design
- Frontend implementation
You’ll work closely with engineering leadership and product teams to:
- Identify where UX improvements matter most
- Design elegant solutions for complex workflows
- Prototype and iterate rapidly
- Help bring improvements into production
What you’ll be working on
- Improving operational workflows used at significant scale
- Designing intuitive analytics and optimisation experiences
- Reducing friction in high-volume human-in-the-loop processes
- Creating new configuration and automation experiences enhanced by AI
- Exploring ways to integrate emerging technologies into complex enterprise workflows
What they’re looking for
- Strong interaction and UX design skills
- Experience designing complex or data-heavy applications
- Ability to move from problem → prototype → shipped solution
- A builder mindset with strong product thinking
- Comfort working closely with engineers
- Interest in using AI tools to accelerate design and development workflows
