WalkImpact is a platform that supports the families, caregivers, and commanders around Israel’s wounded. We are opening a standing working room, and we are looking for product people to sit in it.
This is volunteer work. Unpaid, and it is not a route into a paid job with us. We say that up front, because you deserve to know before you read further.
What it actually is:
Every Tuesday, 19:30 to 20:30 Israel time, on Zoom. Senior product, design, growth and data people take one real problem off our board, solve it together on screen, and ship it that same evening. Not a lecture. A working room.
If you are between roles right now, you already know the hard part is not the CV. It is the silence. No standup, no one asking what you think, no problem worth your Tuesday evening. This is one hour where your craft matters, in a room where people learn your name.
What you get:
Real product work that ships, with your name on it.
A room of senior peers from Israeli tech who will remember you.
One hour a week that holds a family carrying someone who came back different.
What we ask:
One hour. No homework, no long commitment. Come with your head, leave after an hour.

WalkImpact היא פלטפורמה שתומכת במשפחות, במטפלים ובמפקדים של נפגעי טראומה. אנחנו פותחים חדר עבודה קבוע, ומחפשים אנשי מוצר שישבו בו.
זו התנדבות. ללא תשלום, וזה לא מסלול לג׳וב בתשלום אצלנו. אנחנו אומרים את זה מראש, כי מגיע לכם לדעת לפני שאתם ממשיכים לקרוא.
מה זה בפועל:
כל יום שלישי, 19:30 עד 20:30, בזום. אנשי מוצר, עיצוב, צמיחה ודאטה לוקחים בעיה אמיתית מהלוח שלנו, פותרים אותה יחד על המסך, ושולחים אותה לפרודקשן באותו ערב. לא הרצאה. חדר עבודה.
אם אתם בין תפקידים עכשיו, אתם יודעים שהחלק הקשה הוא לא קורות החיים. זה השקט. אין דיילי, אין מי שישאל מה אתם חושבים, אין בעיה ששווה את שלישי בערב שלכם. זו שעה אחת שבה המקצוע שלכם משנה משהו, בחדר שבו לומדים את השם שלכם.
