We’re looking for a thoughtful and impact-driven Product Designer to shape intuitive, scalable, and user-centred digital experiences. This role is ideal for someone who can move seamlessly from discovery to delivery—combining strong design craft with product thinking and a deep understanding of user needs.
🎯 What You’ll Do
- Design end-to-end product experiences from discovery, ideation, and prototyping to final delivery
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define and build impactful solutions
- Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive and elegant design solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Conduct and apply user research, usability testing, and data insights
- Contribute to and evolve design systems and UI standards
- Balance user experience, business impact, and technical feasibility
- Iterate quickly based on feedback, data, and product performance
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or related roles
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and problem-solving
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design
- Experience working in cross-functional product teams
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and user-centric mindset
- Comfortable working in a remote-first environment
- Based in Australia with full working rights
