At Enso Coliving we're redefining how people live in cities. We're one of the fastest-growing premium coliving operators in Southern Europe, with 700+ rooms across Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia and Lisbon — and a clear ambition: 40 cities.
We've built our own end-to-end tech platform (booking engine, coliver web app, PMS and owner portal) and product is at the heart of our differentiation. Now we're looking for the person to lead it.
What you'll do
- Lead the strategy and roadmap of the entire Enso platform
- Design in Figma: flows, wireframes, prototypes and design system
- Make data-driven decisions: metrics, A/B experiments and dashboards (PostHog)
- Coordinate product with Tech, Sales, Community and Finance
- Start as a one-man show and build your team as Enso grows
What we're looking for
We are looking for a Product Designer who has grown into product leadership — someone who started with a deep craft in UX/UI and gradually took ownership of product vision and strategy.
You bring a strong design foundation: you think in systems, sweat the details, and know how to translate user needs into elegant, functional experiences in Figma. But you've also learned to zoom out — to set direction, align stakeholders, and make the hard prioritization calls that shape what gets built and why.

Requirements
- 5+ years in digital product (startup/scaleup)
- Full-stack profile: strong UX/UI (Figma) and analytical rigour
- Advanced AI usage in your daily workflow (Claude, ChatGPT…) — requirement, not a nice-to-have
- Ability to execute fast in high-velocity environments
- Fluent in English, good in Spanish
- Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate
