About This Role

In this role the Product Designer will work on ensuring that all user‑experience journeys across products and channels are smooth and intuitive. The designer will understand and apply the branding standards, focusing on identity verification and account integrity to make high‑security interactions frictionless and intuitive.

  • Logic‑Driven Design:
    Focus on the “Happy Path” while designing for edge cases and error states.
  • Security & Trust:
    Understand how design impacts user trust during sensitive moments such as password resets and PIN setup.
  • Brand Integrity:
    Apply and evolve branding standards to ensure a consistent, professional look across all security touchpoints.
  • Adaptability:
    Balance rigid technical constraints with creative UX solutions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Focus on the visual aspects of a product’s user interface and create visually appealing and user‑friendly designs that align with the established brand.
  • Produce detailed wireframes and high‑fidelity prototypes that showcase layout and interactions.
  • Ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience through thoughtful interaction design on visual aspects, layout, and usability.
  • Create design documentation, including style guides, design systems, and design specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, particularly developers, to implement designs accurately.

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years of experience designing user interfaces for mobile applications.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing design process, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma.
  • The ability to move fast and ship work while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
