About The Role
As a Product Designer (Consultant), you’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to craft intuitive and engaging user experiences for the Circles.X platform. You will contribute across user journeys including onboarding, engagement, retention, and platform workflows while taking ownership of feature-level design initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about solving user problems through thoughtful design execution.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and user-centric experiences across web and mobile platform journeys.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to understand requirements and translate them into
effective UX solutions.
- Participate in discovery, brainstorming, user research, and usability testing activities.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Contribute to maintaining and evolving the design system and interaction patterns.
- Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure design quality and consistency.
- Review product experiences post-launch and iterate based on user feedback and data insights.
- Present design concepts and rationale clearly within the design and product teams.
- Stay updated with design trends, interaction patterns, and emerging AI-assisted design workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Figma and modern collaboration tools like Miro and Jira.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric thinking and polished UI execution.
- Familiarity with user research methods, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced product environment.
- Experience using AI/LLM tools for research, ideation, and productivity enhancement is a plus.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
